I’ve been getting waxed for years and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Jasmine at The Diamond Complexion in Woodland Hills is extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I booked a Brazilian wax and was honestly surprised at how gentle the process was… way less painful than my previous experience other places. The studio is super clean, private, and has a really calm vibe which I loved.
You can tell she really cares about her clients because she kept taking time to make sure everything was ok. After my skin felt so smooth!

Best Wax service ever, Jasmine has a special technique that minimizes pain. I have been waxing for years with different wax professionals and Jasmine by far is least painful I ever experienced.

Jasmine is the best waxer and the only waxer I will ever go to! I followed her from her previous studio to her new one because she’s just THAT good.

There are directions on her website that help you out with navigating the location of her studio, which were perfectly as described! When booking with her, the time slot you are given also allots for any trouble you might have in finding the studio, which is so generous! She is very communicative and provides her number to text her in case of any problems. I had no issues in finding the studio or with parking. The parking garage is 2 hours free with validation. In the lobby of the studio, there is a machine that easily validates your ticket! I am someone who easily gets stressed or anxious when it comes to going to a new area, but thanks to the instructions she provided, I felt no worries whatsoever. The lobby itself is nice and clean as well, with a cushioned bench to sit on while you wait.

Jasmine came to get me in the lobby right at the time of my appointment, exactly as stated on her website, and made me feel incredibly welcome. She is wonderfully adept at making you feel comfortable and at home; her ability to make you feel like a friend rather than a client is unmatched.

The service I paid for was a Brazilian wax. Brazilian waxes can be so vulnerable and uncomfortable, but with her waxing abilities and sweet attitude, I have never felt more safe! Jasmine’s studio is clean, private, spacious, and absolutely beautiful. There is a little seating area inside the room, with two cushioned chairs and a table in between the chairs, in case you want to bring a friend for your own comfort! Her branding color choices she chose (dark green and gold) were perfect in creating a relaxed and cozy environment.

During the service, Jasmine asked me questions about my drive + my day, and overall she was so genuine and sweet in her conversation, which allowed me to take my mind off the wax itself. She offered me a very nice pillow (memory foam!) to hold while getting the wax. We cracked jokes, talked about life, and at the very end, she gave me a little goodie bag and an ice cold water bottle from a mini fridge she has inside the room! The goodie bag included a small scrub glove, a mini oil bottle, a piece of candy, and two informational cards: one for waxing aftercare instructions and another to give to a friend who might want services. After the wax, Jasmine also immediately gets to cleaning and sanitizing the area you laid on for your service. I paid, and she then walked me out to the lobby and we said our goodbyes. She helps you out with parking validation as well, in case you need it!

Overall, Jasmine’s dedication to providing an experience you’ll want to return to is unparalleled. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, and Jasmine is one of those exceptional individuals. She truly cares about her clients and their experience, taking the time to understand their needs and ensuring that each visit is personalized and memorable. Her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction set her apart in every way. Simply put, she cares and she goes above and beyond to show it.
